Introduction
From the last three decades of progressive work experience in human resource management in Malaysia, MHR was established in 2019 by a group of highly experienced homegrown practitioners with the aim to help companies or individuals in need of a structured and systematic HR Management in their set-up.
Based on these landscape, MHR envisaged the surge in needs of SMEs or small to medium sized organizations in Malaysia of the need for HRM proper to be executed in their companies but do not have the expertise to do so. MHR is built upon to offer its’ expertise covering multitude industries in particularly Information Technology (IT), Retail, F&B and Manufacturing. It aims to provide affordable HR services and is able to take on a full-fledge HR projects.
Our passion in delivering our promises in all projects is due to its sincere and continued commitment to not just doing the job but to doing it right as well as our keen eye for detail has seen many of our clients return to our doors whenever they need something done correctly and efficiently. As such, we take pride in our collaborations and partnerships and foster life-long relationships that are mutually beneficial. As the saying goes, never get a blacksmith to do a goldsmith’s job!

Unlike what it is usually known as the term used for secret criminal society or organization, the word mafia derives from the word mafioso that did not refer to someone as a criminal but rather, a person who was suspicious of practicing central authority. The traditions of having a code of conduct and loyalty is of paramount importance. This is in line with the roots of forming a group that reflect ‘families or clans’ in those era, in order to protect themselves from an often-hostile environment.
The term mafia, although its precise origins are unknown, came from a Sicilian-Arabic slang expression that means “acting as a protector against the arrogance of the powerful’.
It is with this objectives that MHR Consultancy was founded to reflect the foundation of how it will work towards the core spirit of HR Management at the workplace.Thus, mafiaHR™ was borned, reflecting the robustness, dedication, assertiveness and the core HR fundamentals and principles MHR upholds
